Confidential Contact Person's
Who are we?
Within our association, it is extremely important that everyone feels safe. To strengthen and maintain this feeling, we have confidential contact persons. A Confidential Contact Person (CCP) serves as the first point of contact for signals and/or complaints regarding undesirable behavior (sexual harassment, aggression, violence, bullying, discrimination, etc.), but is also someone you can turn to if you’re going through a tough time (financial problems, feeling low, etc.). You can speak with these individuals to share your story confidentially. During this conversation, the CCP will outline possible options and, if necessary, refer you to the appropriate support.
Do you want to talk to someone directly or talk to someone outside of Don Quishoot? You can always reach out to CVSN or Fier Chat:
- Between 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM:
0900-2025590 CVSN (Centre for Safe Sports Netherlands)
- From 4:00 PM – 6:00 AM: Fier Chat (https://www.fier.nl/chat/).
First reception
A VCP is a point of contact within the association. Here you can discuss your problems so that you are not left to deal with them alone.
Prevention activities
A VCP can provide (un)solicited advice and information to the board with which targeted policy can be developed. Your story will never end up with a third person without your permission, including the board.
Neutral person
A VCP is a point of contact within the association. Here you can discuss your problems so that you are not left to deal with them alone.
Refer
A VCP is trained to refer you to the correct channels. The VCP will work with you to determine what a suitable referral is.

Sophie van 't Leven
Scorepioenen ladies 5
Hi, I'm Sophie, also called Leef :) I am 21 years old and have been living in a nice student house in Eindhoven for 3 years now! I play hockey at the Scorepies and I am also one of Don Quishoot's confidants. I think it is very important that everyone enjoys joining the association and that it is a place for everyone where you feel safe and can have a good time! If something is wrong, you can always contact me or send me a message, go for a walk or have a cup of coffee, so that I can lend a listening ear.
I completed the VCP course via the LKvK and the CCP course from TU/e. There is also a course coming up where I will specialize in sports cases!
Diederick Hansum
Men's 1
Hi, I'm Diederick, but I'm mostly known as Hans. I'm 25 years old and have been living in Eindhoven for 3.5 years now. This is my second year at Don Quishoot as the goalkeeper for Heren 1! Besides playing hockey myself, I also coach two women’s teams. Over the past year, I realized that as a coach, I wanted to create a safe environment for the teams I train and I thought, why stop there? I hope to contribute to a socially safe environment for everyone at Don Quishoot, and I’ll use my HR background to help make that happen. Are you struggling with something on a personal or social level? Don’t hesitate to send me a message together we’re stronger than alone!

Elyse le Pair
Ladies 1
Hey everyone! My name is Elyse, I’m 21 years old and this year I’m starting my 4th year at Don Quishoot, of which it’s my second year in Ladies 1 :) When I started studying, I noticed that it can sometimes be nice to talk to someone who’s outside of the situation. That’s why I became one of the confidential contact persons of the association!
Are you struggling with something or do you just want to share your story? Then feel free to contact me or come talk to me. I’ll make sure we can have a conversation and I’ll listen to your story. Together, we’ll make sure that we can create a safe and pleasant atmosphere within Don Quishoot!
Yoep van der Linde
Heren van Flatsoen men's 6
Hi, I’m Yoep, though at the association I’m also known as Hein. I’m 19 years old and have been living in Eindhoven for a while now, where I study Architecture. I play hockey with the Gentlemen of Flatsoen (HvF) and can pretty much always be found at the association.
I think it’s really important that the association provides a safe environment and that members have enough options to approach someone they feel comfortable with if something’s going on. That’s why I’m really happy that I can contribute to this by being part of the association’s confidential contact persons (VCPs)!
So if something is going on, big or small, feel free to send me a message or come up to me so we can sit down together.
